At NEXINTON, we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it
- Unused and unworn, with tags
- In its original packaging
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we will provide:
- A return shipping label
- Instructions on how and where to send your item
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrect
Contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (food, plants, etc.)
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care products
- Hazardous materials
We also do not accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
To exchange an item:
- Return your original item first
- Once approved, place a new order for the replacement
🇪🇺 European Union (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.
Items must still meet the return conditions:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- With proof of purchase
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will notify you of the approval status
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
