However, once your order is delivered, you may contact our support team to initiate a return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a refund will be processed.

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days before shipment.

Tracking Information

• Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear

If tracking shows “No Information Available”, this is normal during initial processing.

Lost or Missing Packages

• We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout
• Please ensure your shipping details are correct

If the mistake is on our end, we will take full responsibility and resolve the issue at no extra cost.
