At Nexinton, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
